It's Time for President to Clean House, Refocus and Execute

Let's face it: President Obama is going no where fast.
He's stuck in the Washington he ridiculed during his historic campaign. He's squandered a super-majority in Congress and is scaring away independents from the Democratic Party because of his inability to execute.
Who's to blame? His inexperience? Congress? Well, there are many who are responsible, but it's becoming increasingly evident that Obama needs to move aggressively to clean his own house - and even push for new Democratic leadership in the House and Senate.
With all the success that the Davids - Alexrod and Plouffe - during the campaign, they have had little impact on helping Obama navigate through Washington.  For all the hype around Rahn Emanuel as Chief of Staff, he's been ineffective and the bull in the china shop that everybody feared.  You know times are rough when Karl Rove is feeling sorry for Obama's advisers.
Then there's House Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Senate Leader Henry Reid (D-NV). What's clear is that they are embarrassingly week and unable to compromise, bring the parties together and use their dozens of years in Congress to help the president pass critical legislation.
It's time for Obama to shake it up - drastically - and send a message to the country that he's really serious about "change". Otherwise, his message of change will completely be co-opted by the GOP - and even the extremist Tea Baggers.
